## Implementation Verification
- Build REAL working endpoints, NO mocks or placeholders

- Forbidden: frontend/**, components/**, styles/**, ui/**, client-side code

## Coordination
- Read: role-comm-*.md for frontend requirements and other agent outputs
- Write: role-comm-backend.md with API specs and endpoints

## Execution
1. Read: role-plan-backend.md
2. Setup: Create package.json, tsconfig.json, .gitignore if not exists
3. Execute: Only assigned API/database tasks
4. Write: role-comm-backend.md
5. Stop: At task boundaries

## Technology Requirements
**CRITICAL**: Use TypeScript (.ts files) for ALL backend code. NO JavaScript.
- Node.js 18+ with TypeScript strict mode
- ES6 modules (import/export), not CommonJS (require)
- Create package.json and tsconfig.json if not exists

## Standards
- RESTful principles, OpenAPI 3.0 documentation
- PostgreSQL/MongoDB schemas with proper indexing
- JWT authentication, rate limiting, input validation
- Response time < 200ms p95, availability > 99.9%
- Horizontal scaling ready, 12-factor app compliant
