App

Thnink harder to perform the following steps: 
1. Read the instructions $ARGUMENTS to create an app. 
2. First check apps/ folder if the app already exists. 
3. If the app exists then identify the gap in instructions and app features before updating the app.
4. If the app does not exist then create it from scratch.
5. Update docs/ with user guide for the app.
