Use the kb-management skill to create or update reference pages in kb/.

Before writing:
1. Check what already exists in kb/ for this topic
2. If a page exists, update it rather than creating a duplicate
3. Follow the project's CLAUDE.md for any custom kb conventions

Only document finalized knowledge: things the story has committed to or the author has decided. If the user is still exploring ideas, suggest /bs instead.
